Payment:
Payment must be received within 7 days from the date of order and funds must be in US dollers. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express credit card payments through PayPal and our own merchant account through Authorize.Net. If you prefer to mail your payment, we accept postal money orders, personal and business checks. Payment must be made and funds cleared before any items are shipped. We do not ship COD or offer open accounts.

Warranty:
All items sold by Remotes4Less are brand new and are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stipulated. The product warranty may vary for some items but is typically one-year from date of purchase. We will repair or replace any product sold by us, which proves to be defective according to the stated manufacturer's warranty within 30-days upon receiving the item. After the 30-day period, it will be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Items under warranty will need to be returned to us to forward them to the manufacturer on your behalf for warranty repair or replacement. Once returned by the manufacturer to us, we will then return it to you. The consumer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product for repair or replacement to us. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any product or part, which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product, which is used for any purposes other than for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information literature.
If you are having any problems at all with your item, especially with a new remote, please contact us; as in many cases it could just be a programming issue that can easily be resolved.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Information:
Remotes4Less guarantees your satisfaction on all items purchased from us within 7-days of receipt. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply contact us via email at: service@remotes4less.com to request a RMA number. Please include your invoice number and the reason you need to return the item as well as if you need an exchange or refund. Once you have the RMA number you can then return the merchandise to us together with a copy of your invoice, with shipping charges prepaid, for an exchange, or full refund of your purchase price less shipping and handling.
You must contact us for an RMA number prior to returning any item for repair, replacement, or refund and the RMA number must be clearly shown on the return shipping label. Any item that is returned without an RMA number clearly shown on the return label will not be accepted by us and will be returned.
Returns for a refund must be made within 7-days upon receipt and must be in original condition, in original packaging, with all accessories and instructions included with return shipping prepaid. Items that are returned that are not in their original condition, in original packaging, or have any parts or instructions missing, will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Refund requests of the purchase price will be made within 7-days upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Privacy & Security:
We take your privacy and security of your personal information very seriously, and we do not disclose any information about you to others unless the law requires us to do so or in the event it is needed to ship an order out to you directly from a distribution location, which would be limited to your name and address for shipping purposes only. We do not store your credit card information in our customer database nor do we keep it on file. Access to our customer database is restricted to authorized personnel only.
All credit card payment processed through Authorize.net, Paypal and Google Checkout are done on a secure server and they have security measures in place to protect your information. With these services we do not receive your credit card information only that the transaction was approved with your name, address, email, phone number and items ordered.
We respect your privacy and we have never nor will we in the future ever sell, rent, or provide any of your information to others unless required by law, nor will we contact you unless it is related to a current order being processed that needs clarification or additional information. We will in the future have an email newsletter available, but it will be on an opt-in basis, only for those interested in receiving it, and all requests to be removed at any time will be promptly honored.
