The TX538-3 3-button remote is a universal type that works with many of the
major brands or openers that are used in the USA. It is compatible with many
code switch types of controls as well as the newer rolling code types of remotes
and since each button of the remote can be independently set
it can control different brands or types of openers allowing it to combine
different remotes into one remote. This remote is ideal for controlling a
gate and garage door opener that use different types of remotes or two garage
door openers that could also be different types and is directly
compatible with the LiftMaster 375UT and the Chamberlain KLIK3U remotes and
programs the same way. The TX538-3 comes with battery (installed), visor
mounting clip and programming instructions in a plain white box.
NOTE: The remote can only control one code switch type
opener.
